You are given scripture after scripture backed by logic stating what you teach is an — outright lie — and all you can do is call me a self-righteous hypocrite and a deceiver??? Now that IS sad!

Prove the scriptures presented to you — do not mean what they mean,– use sound logic, use many other scriptures — BUT — don’t do as you always do and quote a Scripture – then say it means something different then it states. You know exactly what I am referring to, you slyly add to the intent of a word or a scripture.

Here is a simple way you can make me look like i do not know what I am talking about;

I posted this earlier, just go through it, you and ALL your staff, and explain how and why it is incorrect,
simple logic and scripture and an understand of contract law is all you need

I have found over the decades many do not have the basic human understanding of the “physical” that is required before one can understand the things of God i.e. the “Spiritual”.

For instance many do not understand what constitutes a contract or how is it structured and thus can not discern the differences between the Old and the New Covenant much less what the Old Covenant even entails.

My business life beginning in 1964 and involved contracts and contract law. I am not an attorney; I was in real estate sales and construction of both residential and commercial properties and in land development i.e. residential subdivisions as the Principle i.e. for my own account.

I have drafted and been involved with thousands of contract of every kind and purpose and have been on both sides of a contract i.e as the Grantee and Grantor. And I have been in lawsuits over contracts.

It has been my experience that the majority of those teaching or even just speaking about the Old or the New Covenants do not know even the basic requirements of a legal contract.

American contract law was established by our Founders and the Founders used the Old Covenant found in the Torah as the legal structure and the basis for America contract law.

The Old and the New Covenants can be understood when viewed in the context of U.S. contract Law.

The Covenants are as follows:

There are at minimum two parties to a contact and in the case of the Old and the New Covenant there are two parties;

THE GRANTOR; GOD.

THE GRANTEE: The children of Israel. i.e. the Houses of Israel and Judah

There must be a “consideration” i.e something the GRANTEE pays, gives or is obligated to perform before a contract can become a legal and binding contract.

Under the Old Covenant The children of Israel agreed and obligated themselves to OBEY the Voice of God in all He commanded them to do: God gave them Laws, Statutes and Judgments and told them they are to be obeyed.

The contract “Consideration” the children of Israel agreed to perform as their contractual obligation can be found in Leviticus 26: 1 -3.

For the “Consideration” freely agreed to by the children of Israel, God then obligated HIMSELF in the contract to deliver what the Word of God calls “The Promises”.

In a real estate contract the GRANTOR delivers physical land or developed property to the GRANTEE in exchange for money, the consideration, paid by the GRANTEE.

The Promises of God were all physical and can be found in Leviticus 26: 4 – 13. When the Children of Israel obeyed God, God then blessed Israel with physical blessing as described in verses 4 – 13.

In most contracts there are legal penalties or remedies included to enforce adherence to the terms of the contract. If one side does not live up to their contractual obligations the remedies come into play.

Under the Old Covenant the penalties the children of Israel agreed to, can be found in Leviticus 26: 14 – 39.

Verses 14 – 39 are the punishments God is allowed under the terms of the contract to inflict upon Israel to force them back into “contract compliance”. If they refused — after 21 years, God is allowed to take further action over a final 7 year period.

As Paul states in Hebrews 8, the children of Israel did not live up to their contractual obligations, the Children of Israel were at fault — NOT the LAW.

When Israel refused to repent and return to obey the terms of the contract God was allowed to seek further remedies which He did —and as the final remedy – because Israel refused to obey –GOD sent both the House of Israel and the House of Judah into captivity as allowed under the contract.

Paul quotes Jeremiah 31: 31 – 34 where God explains He will later enter into a new contract — BASED UPON BETTER PROMISES.

The only change from the Old to the New contract, were to the promises of God. Period;

There is no mention of any other changes.

No mention of abolishing the law. No mention that the Law was bad or harsh no mention the law was the problem. The Law is not in this conversation.

For a contract to be a valid legal and binding contract it must have two parties; there must be a “consideration’ the GRANTEE gives to the GRANTOR and the GRANTOR must have something He turns over to the GRANTEE.

As Paul and Jeremiah both explain the only change to the contract is to the PROMISES of God.

THIS IS THE POINT NO ONE WANTS TO UNDERSTAND AND ACTUALLY THEY REFUSE TO UNDERSTAND.

If obedience to the LAW — were removed— the New Covenant would not be a valid, legal and binding contract as there would be no “consideration”.

Without a “consideration’ due from the House of Israel – THERE IS NO CONTRACT.

The Old Covenant is a physical contract with a physical people with a physical Law and with physical promises.

The New Covenant is a Spiritual Contract with a spiritual people and with a now spiritual law and with Spiritual promises.

The promises of God now include a change to the carnal nature of the children over to the Holy, Righteous, Perfect Divine Nature of God the Father brought about by the indwelling of the Father’s Spirit and upon repentance forgiveness of sin by the sacrifice of Christ and if we endure until the end – Eternal life.

God is putting in our mind and in our nature HIS TORAH.

In Jeremiah 31: 33 the word “Law” is the Hebrew word TORAH, Thus God is converting our carnal natures to become like HIS Holy Divine nature and that Divine Nature is revealed by God’s Torah.

For Jesus Christ to be become our PASSOVER, for Christ to be accounted SINLESS — Jesus Christ had to obey the Torah — to perfection — and Christ tells those that will follow Him — FOLLOW ME — follow MY perfect Example of living by the TORAH,

When Christ called His Apostles He said to them “Come and follow ME”. Who are you following???
