Pamela Anderson: Julian Assange Is A ‘Hero’ and Should Be Released and Protected (Video)

Pamela Anderson is calling for the release and safety of Julian Assange
The former Baywatch actress has suggested the WikiLeaks editor-in-chief should not face charges in the US despite leaking thousands of confidential government documents.
Assange has never been formally charged by Swedish authorities and the rape charge will also be dissolved if the case is not heard by 2020.

All counts, except for the rape case, expired in 2015.
Ms Anderson, 49, is an outspoken supporter of Assange and has been seen delivering food to him from stores in the British capital.
The busty blonde actress called Assange a “political prisoner” as she said he should be praised for leaking the corrupt inner-workings of the US government and its allies.

She said in a statement provided to PEOPLE: “He still cannot leave the Embassy of Ecuador in London while elaborate plots against him and made up sexual allegations could result in him being extradited to the US — where he would not be treated fairly — because of his exposure of truths.
“He is a hero.
“One day everyone will realise. But until now, this man has missed seven Christmases with his children and is kept in difficult and tremendously stressful conditions — while doing us all a great service.
“Everyone in the world has benefited because of WikiLeaks — he has sacrificed so much — to simply share the truth.”
Far from going quiet while holed up in the embassy, Assange and WikiLeaks played a role in the US elections.

WikiLeaks has been under the spotlight for its decision to release private emails between Hillary Clinton, Campaign Chairman John Podesta and her team, with President Obama launching an investigation into potential Russian involvement.
Assange was accused of supporting Trump while doing so much damage to Clinton’s campaign.

I agree with Ms Anderson. Julian Assange, Edward Snowden, Chelsea Manning along with the many other whistleblowers should be released and be treated like the Hero’s that they truly are. These people think much more of their country and average citizen than any Politician, Bankers, Illuminati etc…
