No matter the outcome, the Umbrella Movement will be long remembered for being an upright example on how to peacefully conduct a large scale protest.
In an era where political demonstrations tend to be fueled by violent tendencies, the conduct of the majority of the students involved in the protests has been a great reflection of what it means to be a Hong Konger.
