Put on anything you choose and call it news…(Be Careful About What You Read On BIN)

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

(Before It's News)

It's not supposed to work that way we supposedly have posting guidelines that say otherwise.  Story's are supposed to be newsworthy, timely, verifiable, etc.  Unfortunately we have Editors as well as contributor's who do not follow the guidelines.  We have people who purposely put their things in the wrong category to get noticed.  We have one Editor who was given the boot from Above Top Secret and told me he taught Alex Jones everything he knows….so I asked him to show me something like at least a picture of him and Alex in all his glory well I'm still waiting…

I think he was abducted from the UFO site he used to run and tortured :) or something?  In any case he loves to post things that are old and outdated rumors and then he calls it news!

Now mind you if it was placed appropriately in Alternative a reader would be able to judge the validity of the claim by the sources and links cited good Alternative story's will cite reputable sources, but when things are placed anywhere someone might believe them to be absolute fact.

According to the owner Chris Kitze you can post almost anything and that has certainly come true.  I told him I was going to write a story about the rumor I heard that he is an Israeli Spy and he said that was ok (of course i would put it in the Rumor category).  I had noticed that he was allowing pieces from an unsubstantiated source, rumors if you will that were questionable and I'll save his response for the article.  I'm working on that if I still have a job after writing this.

I think Before It's News can be a fun place for you to post though I disagree with unsubstantiated rumors being presented as facts (and we have a lot of that and no one verifying them) or old rumor's being brought around again (like all the police are resigning from 2009?) that's an old rumor and should at least have a question mark lol but what the heck just be careful what you send to people from our site.  Make sure you check the source because we get some real humdingers and you may end up looking the fool.

Could he be Mossad?

Kitze is a recent recipient of Israel’s prestigious Albert Einstein Technology Award that recognizes path-breaking leaders who have pushed the envelope of technology in the service of mankind through their entrepreneurship and risk taking, enabling others to benefit from their cutting-edge technologies. Presently, Kitze serves on the boards of eVineyard and ShopEaze. Mr. Kitze holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Colorado.

  • p.s. You don’t have to worry about duplicating story’s either I got so sick of the other editors who you would think should know better duplicating mine I just duplicate them back we really have no rules.

  • Duplicating stories is like yesterday’s orgasm: pleasant memory but past news. To remain cutting edge we must: 1. cease duplication; 2. verify or substantiate–AKA sourcing.
Rumormongering is fun for the gossip rags, but the 2 source rule should apply—unless it is breaking, so new that sources are still developing.
KISS: keep it simple, verifiable, and out of the intergalactic rumor generator.

  • Thank you for pointing out a flaw in this site. I think this site could be better than Drudge. I love the wide open free wheeling aspect found here but there can be too much of a good thing. I think the site is getting and may soon become too emcompassing. The question is, how can certain contributors be restrained but not censored? I have a few ideas but they may not be particularly good.

  • This should’ve been an article. Monica the muckracker
