In today’s world, given the revelations from whistle blower Edward Snowden (PRISM, etc.) it is abundantly clear that EVERYTHING is being monitored. Phones, street cameras, internet, the NSA is bridged across your connection to record the minutae of your life.
Doesn’t seem fair does it?
Well, it isn’t. The majority of people have lost hope of maintaining privacy on the Internet, but I haven’t. There is hope.
What can one do? In a word: ENCRYPT
End-to-End Strong Encryption is the one thing which works, according to Edward Snowden, so my advice to Folks is to exploit the best of breed tools available.
