Ideal Integrations, Inc. has announced the hiring of two new employees to join their client support team.

Rich Williams is working as the Autotask Work Flow Specialist.  Rich attended the Florida Institute of Technology and has a Master in Computer Information Technology degree.  He has previously worked in IT within the banking and financial industries.  Rich was hired to improve the efficiency of Ideal’s use of Autotask, the system used to integrate and manage all of the core business processes within the organization.

Nick Edwards has joined the team as a Tier 2 Engineer.  Nick has a Bachelor of Science degree from Robert Morris University in Computer Science.  He previously worked at the Plum Borough School District as the network administrator and has years of experience with Windows and VMware infrastructure support.  Nick helps clients by troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
