Apple Maps In iOS 6 | People Got Lost, #Disappointment
The new version of Apple’s mobile operating system – iOS 6 is out now with new 200 features, but it looks like that users are not very happy with the performance of the iOS 6 as it causing so many problems for the users because of some unknown bugs. On the first day of the iOS 6 release users complain so much about the Wi-Fi bugs and music library flaws on Apple forums and Twitter, and now the Apple new mapping app – Apple Maps is getting the very negative rating as users are complaining that they got lost due to it.
According to some reports, there are so many errors in the Apple Maps as some places are being mapped in the wrong location, while some places are missing. Because of these errors, a man in the Sydney got lost when he tried to find some place using the Apple Maps.
As a result of ongoing tension between Apple and Google, Apple removed the Google Maps and YouTube app from iOS 6 and come up with its own mapping app named as Apple Maps with some new features like 3D support, free visual and voice-assisted turn-by-turn directions feature, and Yelp integration.
