While this is not the first time Microsoft has pulled a deal with its Office application. In 2009, a similar situation was contented with the same format of upgrading and after 6 months Office 2010 emerged. As of now the Office student version 2010 is priced at $99.99 while without the free upgrade Office Student 2013 would be offered at $139.99 giving consumers the importance of availing the new available upgrade.
