(Before It's News)

While there are plenty of hybrid SUVs and family cars on the market, in the world of luxury hybrid sedans, options are limited.  But how luxurious does a hybrid really need to be?  To find out, we compared the $ 36,175 2012 Buick LaCrosse eAssist against the $ 69,754 2013 Lexus GS450h.  One is a near-luxury mild hybrid, and the other a full-luxury parallel hybrid.  In our testing, did financial economy or fuel economy reign supreme?
