(Before It's News)

I have been talking with a lot of friends and family in the New York and New Jersey Area, and I believe the stress is getting to them. No power and it is cold at night, no food and a lot of them were unprepared for this disaster, and the nerves are getting to the breaking point.

One thing I will say about the people who come from this area is that they are the toughest people and the most brazen people I had ever meet, so when things like this get to them, they will and I mean make no bones about it, will tell you all about it in a new York city minute. I speak from experience, because I grew up in this area and proudly claim this as my hometown.

So this article ( in the source report) details some stress cooping mechanisms that are out there and to help us New Yorkers and New Jearseyans deal with this situation. Yes I have already been cussed out a few time while this has been going on, so I know it is some good  advice for us to take a look at.
