Witness Statement: I was riding my bicycle where I came across my younger sister and her friend staring at the sky. They claimed to have seen a UFO. I did not belive them at first and then I personally looked at the sky. I saw a slow moving, faint object at a high altitude that had a flashing blue light. According to the other witnesses they had seen it move closer to the sight and rotate while flashing blue. I rode off and I belive I witnessed the same phenomena again, it seemed to have come out of nowhere. I cannot immediatly think of a logical explanation because I saw the same phenomena on an off for around five minutes.
