Witness Name: Paul
Witness Statement: Looked over south east side of city and saw a red light rising from behind the dane hills area, thought it was a lantern but it then turned into a illuminous green pulsating light that travelled south east to west, accelerating to higher speed as I watched it fly off into the distance.
