Witness Statement: I spotted a black shape hovering over a mountain backing Parga Greece from my holiday appartment balcony. The object looked odd and seemed to be either changing shape or was rolling / rotating in the sky – difficult to tell as the object was very black with no clear detail visible. I would approximate it to be the size of a car. No engine noise could be heard and the location that was extremely quiet. I watched the object for a few minutes or so where it was just hovering what seemed to be a 100m or so above the hill. I went into appartment to get a pair of binoculars (8×20) . I still could not determine what this was. As I watched an orange-ish round light came on at the bottom towards one end for a couple of seconds. A similar white light joined close to the orange one. Afer a few seconds later both went off together. Then a number of seconds later both came on again , this time simultaeneously . Finally they went off again simultaeneously. I grabbed my camera. The object now started moving – away from the hill and towards me realitively slowly and it seemed to gain some altitutde . Found it difficult to capure picture set on full 10x zoom but managed to capture it in 1 shot before object disppeared over the appartment. At time of photo object was almost above me. Moving to the rear of the appartment I tried to spot object but could no longer see it. The early evening sky was bright clear and cloudless.
