This shows proof that alien contact was officially made from numerous agencies and nations back in the middle of the 1980's. Both American and Russian astronomers confirmed that a signal was received and a message was sent back to the original transmission location. What is amazing is that strange signals are still being received to this date from the original location that the signal was received from.
