Witness Statement: I was in my back garden on a clear starlit night. I was waiting for my friend and gazing up at the stars. At a very high altitude I saw a very bright light. It shone and then went off for a few seconds. Like a torch being switched on and off at regular intervals. It wasn’t blinking because the gaps inbetween were longer than a blink. There was no cloud that could cause that affect and none of the other stars were doing anything like this. I believe it was moving and eventually I moved and then lost sight of it. Please could anyone explain this. Thanks
