Witness Statement: I was walking home from a friends house when I noticed two lights in the sky above the clouds, they seemed to be staying in the same part of the sky, but they moved in a half circular motion then stopped and went back the same. The lights continued to do this for about 10 minutes before I lost sight of them. There were no beams of light coming from the ground controlling these lights and neither was there any engine/motor noise.
