A ridiculously tattooed sicko is accused of stabbing a 3-year-old boy in the neck with a kitchen knife as his mother helplessly begged and pleaded with him to stop.

The Houston preschooler was playing with other children in his apartment courtyard Tuesday when Jose Guillermo Molina, 21, walked up behind him and plunged a knife into his neck,KTRK reported.
Upon hearing her child’s cries, the boy’s mother rushed to his side and begged Molina to not pull the blade out of him, for fear he could bleed to death.
One neighbor said Molina ignored her plea.
