Witness Statement: I’m embarrassed to say that I didn’t keep a note of the exact date on which I saw this, but know that it was about a month ago and just after halloween! I tend to watch the sky at night while smoking outside, and happened to see what looked like a satellite (which you often see travelling across our skies!) . It was high enough to be a satellite and had the same brightness in the sky, definitely not low enough to be in our atmosphere. So I’d expected it to just carry on moving across the sky at a constant speed, but then it changed direction a couple of times in a zig-zag manner and then continued to travel in one direction until out of view. It left no trail in its wake, made no sound. It definitely wasn’t a shooting star/meteorite, travelled too fast to be a heilocopter or plane. I keep wondering whether I was the only one in Aylesbury who saw it. Oh and just in case someone feels like suggesting it, I had definitely not been drinking nor getting high! I know what I saw!
