Indianapolis, IN --(Ammoland.com)-  The record numbers of NRA members attending the Annual Meeting this weekend will find Shooting USA team members shooting television while making appearances on behalf of major show series sponsors.

“We’ve got multiple assignments,” said Jim Scoutten, Executive Producer of the top rated Shooting USA and Shooting USA’s Impossible Shots television series on Outdoor Channel. “Our team will be shooting stories on the NRA Member Experience in Indianapolis, and on significant new products drawing member interest in the exhibition hall.”

And we’re supporting our major sponsors with appearances in their booths,” Scoutten said. “That’s the most enjoyable part for us, getting to meet and hear from the members of our audience. The NRA Annual Meeting is the one time of the year we get face-to-face feedback from the audience we work for every Wednesday night.”

Scoutten said, home base for the team will be the Smith & Wesson booth, with John Scoutten (NRA Life Member) hosting live Shooting USA podcasts from the show floor. Links to hear the discussions of new products, and firearm industry topics, can be heard immediately through links at ShootingUSA.com or on I-Tunes.

Jim Scoutten (NRA Benefactor) and Mike Irvine (NRA Life Member) will also be meeting and greeting NRA Members at the Smith & Wesson Booth Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

John Scoutten will be appearing mornings at Bushnell and Uncle Mike’s combined booth, where he’ll be explaining the newest AR Optics and the rapid draw of the Reflex retention holster.

Shooting USA Team Member, Scott McGregor (NRA Life Member), will be at the Hornady booth Friday and Saturday morning, to share his tips on three-gun competition. Hornady is the exclusive centerfire ammo and reloading partner for Shooting USA television.

Other appearances by the team include Mike Irvine at the Colt booth.

Jim Scoutten will be spending some time with Les Baer Custom, where Les is offering the limited edition Shooting USA 1911.

“And I particularly want to see the NRA Member reaction to the first 100% American-Made AK, the Centurion 39 Sporter Rifle,” Scoutten said, “That’s at the Century Arms Booth.”

“NRA Members will know us by our team shirts.” Scoutten said, “They’re hard to miss, but that’s the point. We want to hear from members in this annual opportunity to have a conversation about our television work.”

Shooting USA branded series are produced by Tier One Media, LLC of Franklin, TN. The company’s TV shows appear exclusively on Outdoor Channel, Wednesday nights, 52 weeks of the year, as destination viewing for 800,000 gun sports and firearms enthusiasts each week.
