FBI Director, James Comey, once stated that 10% of all Muslims are radicalized, and that ISIS has cells in all 50 states. Then why hasn’t Trump moved to screen, for national security risks, all Muslims coming into the country under the Refugee/Resettlement Program? This is a national security issue of the highest order.
