A Example of the Lien Placed in Behalf of the State and People of Montana – Judge Anna von Reitz

With little change or exception, this is the wording of the liens being placed against the “State of State” franchise organizations, using Montana as an example and laying claim to:
“All actual land assets, all living people in whom the flesh lives and blood flows, all living animals, all soil, all non-navigable inland waters, all resources of soil, agriculture, minerals, trees, flora, and all land-asset appurtenances, buildings, barns, out buildings, homes, businesses involved in trade, and actual material interests secured thereto, including the national trust interest, escrow accounts owed to or derived from land assets in Montana including but not limited to assets extracted as Noticed by UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded as 2013-765902-5 on 8/22/2013, Recording District 500, all trust funds owed to the Montana State, all encumbered funds owed to the Montana State and Montana People as the Priority Creditors of the STATE OF MONTANA and MONTANA and State of Montana without exception or recourse and return of all fees, land descriptions, names, bonds, copyrights, patents, trade marks, rents, leases, titles, warrants and warrantee deeds, automobiles, insurances, escrows, escheats and all beneficial interests and also owed the discharge of any and all debts, mortgages, claims, encumbrances, and liens against the assets of the Montana State and People. All debtors and creditors referenced by 2013-765902-5 are attached and made part of this Non-UCC lien by the Priority Creditors: Montana State and Montana People: Anna Maria Riezinger, Executor.”
The named debtors operating as franchises are: “State of Montana” and “STATE OF MONTANA” or franchises of franchises, “MONTANA”.
The secured party is the Montana State— the actual state possessing the land jurisdiction of Montana— and the living, breathing people who operate the Montana State as a nation-state and who call Montana home: Montanans.
Essentially, you have trusted franchises of the the UNITED STATES, INC. to provide “governmental services” and the parent corporation and the franchises have hijacked your good names and credit and abusively misrepresented you as “United States Citizens” and as chattel properties acting as sureties for their debts.
This entire circumstance is evidence of an attempted national identity theft designed to palm off large quantities of foreign debt on you and your children and your assets. This is the first salvo of a massive counter-claim levied against the perpetrators of this fraud: the World Bank, IBRD, Federal Reserve, IMF, Bank of America, Bank of New York Mellon, Merrill-Lynch, and the “governmental services corporations” they have run as store front governments secretively undermining and replacing and defrauding the governments you are owed.
