This is the official announcement of the PROMO REEL casting decisions.  

(Clarification:  Pilot episode casting has not even begun).

Ivy Rubsam (known for her modeling work) has been cast to play Jenny:

Katelyn Baum (Known for her work on Sinners and Saints, along with much more) has been cast as Sarah.

Joleen Sanders as:  EMT

Timothy Robinson as:  EMT
