YouTube and Google + Are down Sunday 9/13

Reports are flooding the internet that Google+ and Youtube videos are not playing even the embeded ones on public websites. Have you been affected by this? The sites load but no videos are playing even here on BIN today. Complaints are rampid across the net.

Yes they do go down sometimes and can be checked on a few sites, if they are up or down. http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/youtube.com.html    is one site to check but it only states that the sites are up. In the comments you will see all of the complaints on the videos not loading or playing today.
