Southern California, first to say I am sorry that you will not see another storm with this series of storms into California.  As mentioned in the previous article here, you would only get one shot of rain … and that was what hit today.  As for Northern California well your TWS Flood Watch has only just begun.

Another storm system will hit Northern California tomorrow, followed by two over the weekend.  The entire area should get much needed rainfall, with many areas over 3-4″ of rain from San Francisco to Sacramento and North to the CA/OR border from Coast to Valley.  The target area for the most rain will be Crescent City, California with well over 5-6″ of rainfall.
