(Before It's News)

The new El Nino report is just in and we are making adjustment to the 2014-2015 Winter Outlook. We have seen the Pacific Ocean waters warm up now to +5 to +7 above normal and tuna and yellowish are popping up off the coast of Alaska for the first time ever. The pattern is evolving around the EPO and a few other factors as we head into October. Take a look and find your hometown we cover close to 400 small to large cities across the USA and Canada. This could be a RINSE and REPEAT PATTERN all winter long.
