Local media report that: 

The Bingham County Sheriff’s Office said Blackhawk was last seen wearing a black beanie, blue shirt, gray sweat pants and boots. Blackhawk walks with a cane and authorities believe he might be walking to see family members on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation.  source
