States across the country are dealing with varying degrees of drought this year, Ben Brancel is Secretary of Agriculture in Wisconsin where the southern-third of the state is in extreme drought, University of Wisconsin Extension has set up a farmer-to-farmer website to connect those who have feed with those who need it, Brancel says it is one of the things being done to help.
