The lawsuit filed on my behalf, why it is important to you, and what you are needed to do!

by Kaye Beach  (January 13, 2014)  Constitutional Alliance        Stop Real ID Coalition

My name is Kaye Beach. I am a mother, wife, patriot and Christian. I made a decision two plus years ago to stand up and fight to protect my rights and in doing so to protect the rights of others. I filed a lawsuit in Oklahoma opposing mandated biometric enrollment. Commonly we think of fingerprints when we think of biometrics but arguably facial recognition is the most invasive of all biometrics. Facial recognition software relies on a high resolution, digital facial image/photograph. In the past the photographs on our driver’s licenses were not facial recognition compatible. Facial recognition software measures the distances between key characteristics of our face such as our eyes, lips, ears and nose. The federal government is now using states as surrogates. The state driver’s license is being used to build a repository of citizen’s biometrics. My lawsuit is ongoing and I must have your help now!

Two years into my lawsuit and tens of thousands of dollars later, my case has reached a point where my attorneys have filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. There are depositions to be taken and briefs to be filed. I have two of the best attorneys in the country representing me. As we all know, freedom is not free. I thank all the people who have assisted me in reaching this point but the fight is not over and must not end until we prevail.

Facial recognition has been called the “biometric of choice”. The reason is the use of facial recognition technology does not require our consent or knowledge. Wherever we are in public where there are CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) cameras, drones, or even smart phones being used by law enforcement, we can be identified and tracked. Law enforcement has admitted to using facial recognition to identify those who have attended rallies.

We are all aware of our government's desire to know everything about everyone. The NSA revelations have been outrageous. Government is monitoring all electronic communications.

The lynchpin to a surveillance society is our biometrics. Many psychologists and sociologists have referred to the “chilling effect” the use of biometrics in general and facial recognition specifically has on a free society. Fear and intimidation are the goals of those who support using facial recognition on the public. If you publically want to speak out in support of a candidate or about an issue you care deeply about, you have a right to do so without your identity being known to government. Whether you are a Republican, Democrat, or Independent you must reject the mandated biometric enrollment of innocent people.

I need your financial help now. I am not opposing photographs on driver's licenses but rather high resolution, facial recognition compatible photographs. I am also opposing the requirement to provide my fingerprints. Some, such as the Amish, have a religious objection to being photographed. I am not Amish but I do not agree with proposed federal government legislation that does require the most vulnerable among us to forego their religious rights. I am guilty of nothing, yet my presumed innocence has been stripped by government policy makers. Our responsibility to our children and the men and woman who gave the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedom must be unwavering. As a Christian I am opposed to being enrolled into a global system of identification that directly links my body, to my ability to buy, sell, travel, and if congress has its way, work.

The standards that are now applied to all state drivers' licenses are international; the adopted standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization, an agency of the United Nations and originate with the International Organization for Standardization. The standard for your digital facial image for a state driver's license, a passport from India, or a national ID card in China are all the same. The telecommunication networks already exist and are being used to share your biometrics globally. The bottom line is whether you are in Paris, Texas or Paris, France you can be identified and tracked.

It was a U.S. biometric company that provided the Chinese with the ability to identify dissidents by providing a Chinese citizen with the “technology” to compete for a Chinese government contract. This same U.S. company had on its Board of Directors, the former directors of the FBI, CIA and TSA. This company has now been sold to a French company that now produces nearly every driver's license in the United States.

Today pilot programs are in place where motorists are providing their DNA after being told to pull over to the far right hand lane. DNA is also a biometric. Where will all this end and what are you willing to do about it. Assist me so I can join with you in saying “Enough is enough”. If the government paid you $5, $10, $20, or $100 for your biometrics would you “sell” them? Or, are you a person of conviction and contribute $5, $10, $20, $100 or more to end mandatory global biometric enrollment?

As a Christian, I am told to submit to only righteous authority. I will not bend, much less break. I don't ask often but I am asking now for you to give generously to my fight; our fight. Please ask everyone you are in contact with to do the same today!!! We each forward emails regularly. Again I ask, please forward this email to everyone on your contact list.

Give $5, $10, $20, $100, or more but give. There are more of us, those that are freedom loving people then there are of those who believe they can strip our freedom from us. My attorneys have assured me that my lawsuit is a blueprint for lawsuits that can be filed across the country.

We must have no regrets. The lawsuit filed on my behalf is the only such lawsuit in the country. We cannot reconcile a free society with a surveillance society. Your financial assistance is needed today. Consider what our country will be like if we do not prevail. Inaction is action because it allows those few that think they have a right to make decision for all to move forward with impunity. Give $5, $10, 20, $100, or more today. Whether this plea reaches 500, 5,000, 50,000 or more people, depends on you!
