[Milwaukee, Wisc...] At the JFC's budget hearing at Alverno College on Friday, MPS Superintendent Derienne Driver talked about how Act 10 allowed the district to make big improvements. However, MPS claims to have exhausted those tools and needs more in the next budget to make ends meet. MNS's Bill Osmulski has more.
