What a bunch of bull. I have stayed the same weight forever and I go to bed after 3 a.m.
most nights. I look younger than my age, and I am not overweight.
So, go to bed whenever you want! I have done a study for the past 15 years,
and my study says this study is wrong! Stay up late whenever you can.
