Kim Davis was in jail for refusing to obey an unlawful Supreme Court opinion. Hillary Clinton walks about free, although she has violated multiple federal laws. The Department of Justice continually denies the Supreme Law of the land, creating exceptions to law that grant them unlimited power.
This, America, is the very definition of despotism. When the people who make the laws and enforce the laws are not bound by the laws…that is total despotism.
There is not one single person in America who can show me where the Supreme Court has the specific power delegated to them to make law. The only justification for that power rests in forced construction and errant interpretation by the Supreme Court themselves. As a matter of fact, the very supposition of this power resting in the Supreme Court is a per se violation of the Separation of Powers. When one branch of the government can interpret the expansion or limitation of their own power…that is despotism.
There is not one single person in America who can show me where the Executive branch has the specific power delegated to them to make law. The only justification for that power rests in forced construction and errant interpretation by the Supreme Court and the Executive branch themselves. As a matter of fact, the very supposition of this power resting in the Executive Branch is a per se violation of the Separation of Powers…that is despotism.
There is not one single person in America who can show me where the Executive branch has the specific power delegated to them to defy law as they see fit. There is no justification in the Constitution for the Executive branch to simply decide that they can evade any provision in the Bill of Rights, for any excuse. I challenge anyone to show me the text in the Constitution that allows the federal government to deny our Rights based upon “national security.” You can’t, because…that is despotism.
But I can point you to two very specific clauses that specifically DENY the federal government that power:
The only justification for any exception to the Liberty of the people rests in forced construction and errant interpretation by the Supreme Court and the Executive branch themselves. As a matter of fact, the very supposition of this power resting in the Executive Branch is a per se violation of the Separation of Powers…that is despotism.
Since the Supreme Court cannot lawfully write law and the Executive branch cannot lawfully write law, then ANY law they attempt to enforce is NO LAW AT ALL pursuant to the Supremacy Clause:
“This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.” Art VI sec 2
Only liars and those who are constitutionally illiterate will attempt to claim that this clause gives the federal government unlimited power over the people and the States. I am frankly sick and tired of hearing this used as a crutch for despotism. The Constitution is the Supreme Law, period. The only time laws made by the US are Supreme is when they are made “in pursuance thereof.”
Therefore, when the Supreme Court attempts to make law, it is not Supreme. When the Executive branch attempts to make law, it is not Supreme. When a law is not the Supreme law, then the States and people are NOT bound by it. If the federal government can use threat or force to enforce such unlawful laws…that is despotism. Alexander Hamilton makes this very clear:
“No law, therefore, contrary to the Constitution can be valid.” Fed #78.
Yet, we quite ironically establish unlawful power in the federal government. We give the federal government not only the unconstitutional power to make law, but to also evade it at whim. But when the people stand in defense of the Supreme Law, refuse to obey unlawful exercise of power, and actually limit the federal government and enforce the Supreme Law, it is the people who are called lawbreakers, threatened, fined, arrested, and indefinitely detained. That is the very definition of despotism.
In what kind of world does that make any sense?
No, America, this is absolute despotism; and I am sick and tired of every lawyer, judge, politician, and brainwashed citizen who defends, justifies, and is complicit in this slavery. I am sick and tired of forced political correctness and the voluntary slavery of the ignorant. They ought to be ashamed of what their guilt, malice, and folly is condemning upon their own children. Time will hold them all accountable for their despotism.
“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.” Declaration of Independence.
This is why my family and I have dedicated our lives to teaching the truth. I teach an average of 265 lessons in over 22 States every year. I have no speaking fees and make no group compensate my expenses. I am not independently wealthy; nor do I operate with any grant money. I simply am sick and tired of the path of the ignorant and despotic. I am sick and tired of watching the future slavery of my children. I will not sit idly by while we run off the cliff. I will not whine and complain and then do nothing at all. I may just be one woman, and we may just be one family; but we believe in the principles of Liberty that have made America exceptional. We believe that the promise our framers made to us is one we must make to our children. Life. Fortune. Sacred Honor. Without Liberty, Life just isn’t worth living.
