RewardStream Solutions Inc brings in $795,600 for working capital

Referral marketing solutions specialist RewardStream Solutions Inc (CVE:REW) has raised $795,600 via a private placing for working capital and general corporate purposes, it said.
The firm issued around 5.3mln units at 15 cents each.
Each unit consists of one share and one-half a share purchase warrant, which entitles the bearer to buy another share at 25 cents each until March 23, 2019.
The securities will be subject to a hold period, which will expire on July 24 this year.
Rewardstream says it helps brands to acquire, engage and retain customers.
Its referral platform provides customer acquisition programs that deliver new, highly loyal customers at very low cost per acquisition rates.
