[Debris] Niigata returned debris to Iwate for residents’ protest

On 11/27/2012, Niigata prefecture returned debris to Otsuchi machi Iwate. They gave up test incineration of disaster debris for residents’ protest.

After the beginning of next year, they are going to try to make residents understand the necessity of debris incineration again.

Le 27 novembre 2012, la préfecture de Niigata a renvoyé ses débris à Otsuchi machi, dans Iwate. Ils ont abandonné les tests d’incineration des débris de la catastrophe à cause des protestations des habitants.

Ils réessayeront à nouveau de convaincre les habitants de la nécessité d’incinérer ces débris au début de l’année prochaine.
