(Before It's News)

According to Japan Atomic Energy Agency and DOE (United States Department of Energy), Japanese government and US government are to collaborate to develop the technology to evaluate the volume of Uranium and Plutonium in the molten fuel of Fukushima nuclear plant.

In order to comply with the treaty of IAEA, they plan to start measuring the volume in the early 2020s.

They failed in developing the technology to investigate the nuclear fuel volume in Three mile island accident.
