Following up this article..Tepco found 2 “pinholes” on multiple nuclide removing system ALPS [URL]

On 7/2/2013, Tepco published their inspection result of the leaking batch treatment tank of ALPS.

Their report shows the tank had over 20 holes on the weld lines. The largest hole was 5.5mm×4.5mm at 2.4mm inside from the surface.

Including the small ones, the tank had numbers of the holes to leak.
