(Before It's News)

Introducing important tweets as [Express] for simultaneous updates.

The radiation level was 0.27 ~ 0.3 μSv/h near the smoke from the incense sticks in front of Rinnoji in Nikko. It was about 0.07 μSv/h in the parking lot nearby, where was already decontaminated. We are to have the smoke over our head etc..

The incense sticks are made of the leaves of Japanese cedar. Nikko has been a major producing regin of incense sticks since long time ago. I wonder how much Bq/Kg of Cs-134/137 the ash contains. Some people have been worried about the incense sticks contamination since 2011.
