(Before It's News)

On 8/11/2014, the government of South Korea announced they rejected scrap iron from Japan.

It was imported on 8/7/2014.

They measured Cs-137 from 20 kg of the total volume 20 t. The actual density is not announced.

The surface radiation level was 5.32 μSv/h, which is over 5 times much as their safety limit.

It is not known where this scrap iron was from.
