We’ve already established that the Camaro ZL1 is a completely different animal from the Camaro SS we tested 2 years ago. From the engine, to the suspension, brakes, chassis upgrades, and improved driver interfaces, the ZL1 is the kind of car that drivers dream of, despite its overt retro-ness.

I was up in the Malibu canyons a couple of weeks ago testing the Zl1 and gave rides to a few people, including one Mr. Duane Steiner of SpeedAndMotion, who filmed a quick run down the snake with me behind the wheel. Though it may not be quite the standard of TST film quality, here’s a quick in-car run with me down the infamous “Snake” section of Mulholland highway in the Camaro ZL1
