These are the staggering goals paraded on the 21st Conference of the Parties (COP21, the Paris Summit on Climate Change) website that will be taking place this November 30th- December 11th. Their aim is to have all 190 parties in attendance agree on some sort of universal Agenda 21 style resolution to stop global warming, which we all know is a lie. They plan on adopting it in 2015 and having it fully implemented by 2020.
