Did she break any rules of the school?
If not, those that broke her 1st Amendment right should be reassigned or fired. How come you didn’t ask that Pizzahut?
Dave is correct when he points out the bias in school systems and employment, and the problems with First Amendment rights.
Let me add a couple of things.
First, Florida is an “Employment at Will” state, and has very few exceptions to that rule. That means that an employee can quit or an employer can fire an employee anytime for any reason or no reason at all. Since no reason is required, political bias can be enough to cause termination or reassignment.
Second, what a person posts on a social media site, or an alternative site like BIN, will live forever and be viewable by anyone using a few simple searches. What you post WILL be a factor in your ability to acquire land keep a job, forever. Keep that in mind as you post.
