Those are some STRONG words, especially from a Reverend. Frankly, I don’t know or care If “RACISM” itself has risen or fallen in recent history. There was a time I DID care, and there was a time that if I saw an injustice being done, my moral compass would have guided me to step in and do what I could to help. NOW? Are you kidding? I’m willing to bet I’m not alone either. I bet there are tons of other “normal” every day people just like me, who up until a few years ago would have would stood beside ANY victim of injustice, REGARDLESS of race or color, and fought to right the wrong. I only speak for me, but like I said, my moral compass would have guided me to do so. Today, no chance. President Obama, with all his inflammatory rhetoric (99.99999% of which is PURE NONSENSE), has turned every Tom, Dick, and Harry into a professional “ACTIVIST” that thinks they are entitled to something at someone else’s expense. I’m not having MY life ruined if I just so happen to not treat you exactly how YOU think you are “ENTITLED” to be treated.

”ACTIVISTS” TODAY ARE ALWAYS TRYING TO ‘WIN ONE OVER’ AT SOMEONE’S EXPENSE!

In my own life, with the people I come across, and the people I talk to, there is no question people are SICK of talking about race. How can they not be? For SIX + years, all we have heard is a non-stop broken record day in, day out, about how THIS group has more than THAT group, or THAT group should be able to do what THIS group is doing, and how it’s all about EQUAL RESULTS NOW… “Social Justice” they call it… and even when it’s not about “Social Justice,” just ask a liberal, and they’ll tell you it SHOULD be. When race comes up today, most people I talk to would say their PATIENCE for racial issues has certainly has DECREASED under Obama and Holder’s reign of TERROR, and NOT because they are racist… but ONLY because of the frequency with which Obama and his team of clapping seals insist on injecting race into EVERYTHING since the day they hijacked the Oval Office. With this case now, this is the third time they’ve shot from the hip with NO facts and got EVERYTHING wrong!

Since the other night, there have been MORE than enough facts that have come out to suggest that these police officers MAY end up being found NEGLIGENT at best… but FORGET the murder charge. F-O-R-G-E-T about it! Just like the Trayvon Martin case and the Mike Brown case, the media and the politicians get people in these communities all whipped up into a frenzy without knowing ANY of the damn facts, and it all backfires. NOW, we know Freddie Gray just had spinal surgery prior to his death, so even though I’m not a doctor, perhaps he shouldn’t have been running from police after being seen purchasing drugs? Perhaps he shouldn’t have been running from police PERIOD! Just a thought.

Before I go NUTS on the topic of NEVER getting the facts first, I have some news for the, “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot,” or the “No Justice, No Peace Crowds…,” I think they all better settle in for a NOT GUILTY VERDICT, and if they can’t learn to behave like civilized human beings, then during the next riot, when blood is shed, that blood will be on the hands of their elected “LEADERS.” Those pieces of garbage are so desperate for their own political gain, they are playing with the LIVES of those they are supposed to serve. What’s WORSE, is the people keep buying into the B.S. being served to them by these parasitic “LEADERS” who are just USING them.

Please, SOMEONE explain to me how a city that is predominantly BLACK, with a BLACK mayor, and a BLACK city council, and a BLACK police commissioner, with a predominantly BLACK police force is “OPPRESSING” the BLACK people in Baltimore. Please. Explain it to me. Maybe the nitwits in Baltimore haven’t turned on the television and seen the looting the other night?!?!? Or cars driving through fires?!?!?! You know why police are suspicious and don’t treat people in those neighborhoods with “respect?” LOOK HOW THEY ACT THE SECOND POLICE ARE GONE! This is NOT rocket science, and this has NOTHING to do with racism or anyone being “OPPRESSED” because they are black. They are being “OPPRESSED” because they allow themselves to be USED by politicians who believe in a FAILED SYSTEM!

We live in the land of EQUAL OPPORTUNITY, NOT equal results. Equal results is called SOCIALISM, and EVERYWHERE it has EVER been tried, it has been enforced down the barrel of a gun. It sounds so warm and fuzzy, because everything will be “FAIR,” but eventually people get tired of freeloaders taking from them. EVERYWHERE socialism has EVER been tried has resulted in MASS DEATHS, NOT ”FAIRNESS!” Marxism, named after Obama’s idol Carl Marx, during the twentieth century ALONE was responsible for an estimated death toll numbering between 85 and 100 MILLION. Did you read that? “Social Justice” has resulted in close to 100 MILLION, DEAD. Obama and the liberals sound like wife beaters, “But baby… I promise… it’ll be different this time…”

Anyone remember who’s been egging on this fight about race for some time now? Hmmm. We know ERIC HOLDER’S DEPARTMENT OF INJUSTICE GAVE FINANCIAL BACKING TO TRAYVON MARTIN RALLIES FIRST. Later, after the Michael Brown shooting took place, ERIC HOLDER AGAIN INSERTED HIMSELF AND SENT “COMMUNITY ORGANIZERS” TO HELP WITH THE RACE PROTESTS IN FERGUSON. ONE FERGUSON GANG LEADER EVEN CLAIMS HOLDER PAID HIM AND HIS GANG TO ACTUALLY START RIOTS. Do you remember who elevated a man as vile as Al Sharpton to the pedestal he now sits on as some ambassador to something or another for the White House? That would be Obama. When things started to get really HOT in Ferguson, we know VALERIE JARRETT WAS IN NON-STOP COMMUNICATION WITH THE GOVERNOR OF MISSOURI, and we know that despite the violence occurring, the National Guard was told to stand down. Last but not least, while emotions ran WHITE HOT in Ferguson, we know it was OBAMA WHO TOLD SHARPTON TO, “STAY THE COURSE,” and we saw how well that worked out.

Online reports are swirling that Freddie Gray had spinal surgery shortly before he died in police custody, and had collected a payout in a settlement from a car accident. Those reports — which raise questions about the injury that led to his death in April 19 — point to Howard County court records as proof.

But court records examined Wednesday by The Baltimore Sun show the case had nothing to do with a car accident or a spine injury. Instead, they are connected to a lawsuit alleging that Gray and his sister were injured by exposure to lead paint.

Paperwork was filed in December allowing Gray and his sister, Fredericka to each collect an $18,000 payment from Peachtree Settlement Funding, records show. In exchange, Peachtree would have received a $108,439 annuity that was scheduled to be paid in $602 monthly installments between 2024 and 2039.

In her documents, Fredericka Gray checked “other” when asked to describe the type of accident. She also said that the date of the accident was “94/99″ and that she was a minor when the case was settled.

In his documents, Freddie Gray checked “work injury, medical malpractice and auto accident” as the type of accident. When asked to explain, he also wrote something that is unreadable. He also wrote something unreadable when asked if he was a minor when the case was settled.

Both cases were filed at the same time by a New Jersey law firm.

We have no information or evidence at this point to indicate that there is a prior pre-existing spinal injury. It’s a rumor. – Jason Downs, attorney for Freddie Gray’s family.

A judge dismissed the case on April 2 when neither Gray nor his sister appeared in court, records show.

Gray’s death has sparked more than a week of protests in Baltimore including some that turned violent and led to looting.

Baltimore attorney William H. “Billy” Murphy, who represents the Gray family, confirmed that the Howard County case was connected to the lead paint lawsuit.

Jason Downs, an attorney who is with Murphy’s firm and represents one of Gray’s relatives, said, “We have no information or evidence at this point to indicate that there is a prior pre-existing spinal injury. It’s a rumor.”

A 2006 injury case listed in online Maryland court records lists Freddie Gray as a plaintiff, but Downs said that case involves his father, who shares the same name.

As children, Gray and his two sisters were found to have damaging lead levels in their blood, which led to educational, behavioral and medical problems, according to a lawsuit they filed in 2008 against the owner of a Sandtown-Winchester home the family rented for four years.

While the property owner countered in the suit that other factors could have contributed to the children’s deficits — including poverty and their mother’s drug use — the case was settled before going to trial in 2010. The terms of the settlement are not public.
