Largest Reason Hillary Will Never be President: The Rockefeller Initiative (Videos)

Much of what we the public now know (BTW: you and I are VERY late to the party as you’ll soon find out) began in 2001 with the first of what has become an ongoing event known as “The Citizen Hearing on Disclosure.” 

The Citizen Hearing on Disclosure was an unprecedented event. Researchers, activists, and military witnesses representing ten countries gave testimony in Washington, DC to six former members of the United States Congress about events and evidence indicating an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. With over thirty hours of testimony from forty witnesses over five days, the event was the most concentrated body of evidence regarding the extraterrestrial subject ever presented to the press and the general public at one time.

I’M GUESSING I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION NOW… 

Moving forward, I’ll say this: There is SO much information, I will either break it up into several pieces in a series, or continue to add to this post, so be sure to bookmark this page. I’d heard the of the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure dozens of times on Coast to Coast, and I’ve watched numerous documentaries with people like Linda Moulton Howe, and Dr. Steven Greer, but it wasn’t until i just heard a podcast featuring Stephen Bassett, that everything came into focus. I’ve heard so many pieces of this puzzle many times over the years (and you probably have too), but I never realized they were all part of the same story. I am now going to create a timeline to the best of my ability with the knowledge and the information I know. 

WHO IS STEPHEN BASSETT?

Stephen is a leading advocate for ending the 65-year government imposed truth embargo regarding an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. He is a political activist, lobbyist, commentator, the executive director of Paradigm Research Group and the Extraterrestrial Phenomena Political Action Committee and executive producer of the X-Conference, the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure and the Congressional Hearing Initiative. Since 1996 Bassett has assisted numerous organizations and initiatives working to raise public awareness of the both the extraterrestrial presence and the truth embargo, to convene open congressional hearings to take government and agency witness testimony, and to incite the political media to appropriately cover the attendant issues. He has appeared on over 1,200 radio and television talk shows and in numerous documentaries speaking to millions of people about the implications and likelihood of “Disclosure” – the formal acknowledgement of the extraterrestrial presence by world governments.

WHAT DOES ALL THIS HAVE TO DO WITH THE CLINTON’S

WHAT IS THE ROCKEFELLER INITIATIVE?

In later life, Rockefeller became interested in UFOs. In 1993, along with his niece, Anne Bartley, the stepdaughter of Winthrop Rockefeller and the then-president of the Rockefeller Family Fund, he established the UFO Disclosure Initiative to the Clinton White House. They asked for all UFO information held by the government, including from the CIA and the US Air Force, to be declassified and released to the public. The first and most important test case where declassification had to apply, according to Rockefeller, was the Roswell UFO incident. In September 1994, the Air Force categorically denied the incident was UFO-related. Rockefeller briefed Clinton on the results of his initiative in 1995. Clinton did produce an Executive Order in late 1994 to declassify numerous documents in the National Archives, but this did not specifically refer to UFO-related files.^[4]

THE FAMOUS ROCKEFELLER UFO BRIEFING DOCUMENT:

“My hope is that at a minimum someone senior in the administration will make a statement that the area we have been discussing (UFOs) is a reasonable subject of potential great significance to a number of fields. And that any qualified researcher who wants to work in this area should be encouraged.” C.B. Scott Jones writing to President Clinton’s Science Advisor

“We have spoken with a number of present and former U.S. government officials who may have been in a position to know what information the U.S. Government has on this subject. Our approach to the U.S. government has been focused on urging the release of information that it may have regarding UFOs that has been heretofore held as classified for national security purposes. We have urged that now that the cold war is over, constraints on release of information can be relaxed.” Laurance Rockefeller

In January 2001, the Clinton White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), released to me 991 pages of documents on to a Freedom of Information Request (FOIA) asking for documents related to UFOs, extraterrestrial intelligence, and the Rockefeller UFO Initiative.

This first section is an attempt to provide an overview of what is contained in the collection. In addition to the OSTP documents, I have attempted to provide as background some of the other undocumented UFO items related to the Clinton administration. This was done because all these items tied together show a Clinton White House very interested in the subject of UFOs and extraterrestrial intelligence.

The first document, which to began became a flood of documents going into and out of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, was written by Henry L. Diamond, attorney for Laurance S. Rockefeller. It was dated March 29, 1993.

The Letter stated that Rockefeller, who was described by Diamond as “a leading U.S. conservationist, businessman, and philanthropist,” was “anxious to have a brief meeting with Dr. Gibbons (Special Assistant to the President for Science and Technology) to discuss the potential availability of government information about unidentified flying objects and extraterrestrial life.”

While most of the Rockefeller brothers had focused their attention on making money and politics, Laurance Rockefeller had over the years, developed an interest in the ecology, UFOs, and extraterrestrial intelligence. These interests may have stemmed from his days at university, where he majored in philosophy. Rockefeller described his interest in UFOs and ETI this way:

My interest in ETI is prompted by the fact that I have been long concerned with the possibility of expanding man’s spiritual and intellectual potential. This interest stems from a lifetime of concern and support for innovative thinking in fields such as philosophy, holistic healing, science and spirituality. I have become convinced that we must fulfill more of our human potential if we are to cope with the increasing difficult problems which now challenge our quality of life and our very survival.

Rockefeller, according to the Diamond letter was taking this preliminary step to brief Dr. Gibbons in preparation for “an approach to President Clinton on this subject.” Rockefeller, the letter said, was prepared to tell President Clinton that,

“There is a belief in many quarters that the government has long held classified information regarding UFOs which has not been released and that the failure to do so has brought about unnecessary suspicion and distrust. Many believe that the release of such information, if it exists, on a basis consistent with national security considerations, would be a significant gesture which would increase confidence in government.”

…

Shortly after this October request by Diamond, another UFO researcher, Steven Greer, International Director of Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI), made his move to, like Rockefeller, brief the Clinton White House people on the UFO subject. He hoped to achieve two of the same goals that were being promoted by Rockefeller: 1) attain a complete declassification of all UFO documents within the U.S. Government; and, 2) gain amnesty for witnesses involved in classified UFO activities, so they could tell their stories without fear of reprisal.

On December 13, 1993, Dr. Greer met with the “principal advisor to the President for Intelligence matters related to national security,” DCI James Woolsey. It was the first of many UFO briefings that Greer would do for members of the Clinton administration.

From the available documentation, Greer was much more active proselytizing White House staff on UFOs than were Jones and Rockefeller. During one interview, he mentioned some of the people inside the Clinton administration whom had been briefed by himself or his briefing team:

“There were many briefing materials that were given, not only to the CIA Director Mr. Woolsey, but to other senior members of the Clinton administration. Members of our team of the CSETI Project Starlight team were able to provide briefing materials to and meetings with the Presidents’ closest friends, and the Bruce Lindsay family. Bruce Lindsay being the President’s sort of senior counselor in the White House, but also one of his closest friends…We were also able to do similar briefing materials and conveyed them to the President’s Science Advisor, to Tony Lake, who at the time was the National Security Advisor to the President…to senior people in Al Gore’s office, his Chief of Staff, as well as Al Gore, and many of his personal friends.”

Despite these many briefing, Dr. Greer is only mentioned in passing in the 1,000 pages of material released by the OSTP. This is probably accounted for by the fact that his contacts were outside the OSTP, and the record of his contacts will not be available until 2006 when the Clinton files become subject to FOIA requests.

The lack of OSTP references to Greer does not mean that Greer and Rockefeller did not cross paths. The complete record of their association is not totally known yet, but what is known, is that Greer did at one time have close connections with Dr. Gibbons’ UFO briefer, Laurance Rockefeller. A few months before doing his briefing with Woolsey, Greer had met with Rockefeller at his ranch outside of Jackson Hole. During this meeting Dr. Greer started providing Rockefeller with material that Rockefeller would eventually use to brief President Clinton, at his Wyoming Ranch, in August 1995. Dr. Greer described the material as “a package of evidence, assessments and other documents.”

In addition to “lifting classification about Roswell” Rockefeller asked that President Clinton “grant amnesty on an individual basis to allow those with knowledge of the incident to speak without fear of prosecution.”

Finally, Rockefeller asked that Gibbons “designate a staff person for continuing contact.” In the meantime, and under these circumstances, Rockefeller promised that he would hold off on the UFO letter he was drafting addressed to President Clinton.

This “Clinton draft letter” popped up over and over in the 1,000 pages released by OSTP, from its first reference in 1994, to early 1996, when it appeared the letter might have been sent to the President. It appeared attached to Gibbons’ letters, in various states of draft. In one draft, discussed later, Gibbons or one of his staff actually made comments in the margin about various ideas expressed in the letter.

Attached to this Gibbons letter, was an even more interesting letter to Anne Bartley who appeared to have been one of the Gibbons staffers in the room during the February 4th meeting. In this letter, Rockefeller makes an even more stunning disclosure – it was the President’s Science Advisor Jack Gibbons who had proposed making Roswell a test case for new declassification procedures. Rockefeller wrote,

Jack’s suggestion to make the 1947 event a test case of the Government’s willingness to review classification procedures under the President’s recent Executive Order was a very good one.

As with the letter to Gibbons, Rockefeller dangled the proposed letter to Clinton: “My idea of the letter to the President seems best tabled, and for us to concentrate on Jack Gibbons and follow through on his suggestion.”

Only three days after these Rockefeller letters, Scott Jones wrote a letter to Jack Gibbons fulfilling his role to provide Dr. Gibbons with the best evidence they could provide on the Roswell case. 

Much of the material presented to Gibbons with the letter, was produced by the Fund for UFO Research as part of their effort “to support a thorough and open inquiry into the Roswell incident.” Also enclosed with the letter was a series of press clipping related to the efforts that were being undertaken by Representative Steven Schiff (R-NM).

The OSTP files also show that Dr. Gibbon’s office was provided a 170-page report on Roswell prepared for the Fund for UFO Research by Fred Whiting. It is not clear if the report was presented prior to, after, or during the February 4th meeting. This private report titled “The Roswell Events” was described as:

A chronology of events and a compilation of supporting documentation concerning the possible crash of an Unidentified Flying Object and the recovery of its wreckage and the bodies of its crew in July 1947 near Roswell, New Mexico.

Mother Jones Reports:

Over the next three years, Rockefeller and his associates corresponded and met with officials in the White House’s Office of Science and Technology Policy, according to documents released as part of a records request filed by Cameron. The effort, known as the Rockefeller Initiative, helped push the Air Force to produce what it characterized as the definitive report on Roswell. (UFO activists were not satisfied, to say the least.) The initiative  also may have helped spur a 1995 executive order that declassified millions of records, of which the vast majority were not UFO-related.

In August 1995, Rockefeller met with Hillary Clinton, and perhaps Bill, at his Wyoming ranch. In a memo, the then-director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, Jack Gibbons, warned the Clintons about Rockefeller’s agenda before the visit. “[Rockefeller] will want to talk with you about his interest in extrasensory perception, paranormal phenomena, and UFO’s,” he wrote. Gibbons said he’d tried to persuade Rockefeller “not to bother you with this issue” and to focus instead on the administration’s science and technology policies. Rockefeller, he continued, “knows that we are trying to be helpful in responding to his concerns about UFO’s [sic] and human potential—and that we’re keeping an open mind about such matters—but I’ve made no secret about my conviction that we must not be too diverted from more earthly imperatives.” Gibbons could not be reached for comment.

Documents from the Rockefeller Initiative posted on Bassett’s website suggest that the first lady was kept in the loop. A November 1995 letter to Gibbons from one of Rockefeller’s lawyers included a draft letter to President Clinton “which Laurance has been discussing with Mrs. Clinton and her staff.” Three months later, Rockefeller wrote Gibbons about the letter, which the White House was apparently in no hurry to receive: “It well may be that it will be timely to put this before the President late this year in order that it might receive attention in a second term. You indicated that you will keep the First Lady’s Office informed, and we shall as well.”

Bassett says the Rockefeller Initiative proves that the Clintons were interested in pursuing meaningful UFO and extraterrestrial disclosure. “You don’t go through all of this, and have this much work, just to amuse a billionaire,” he says. “If you did, you’d have to answer to that.” Bassett has been lobbying for congressional hearings on the question of UFO contact with the US government. He says that forcing the Clintons to discuss the Rockefeller Initiative is key to his strategy. “I call it the exopolitical blue dress,” he says, referring to Monica Lewinsky’s infamous blue dress and “exopolitics,” a term for the intersection of terrestrial politics and extraterrestrial beings.

Hillary Clinton’s ET Book Discovered

For years researchers have been trying to figure out which book she is holding…

In the 1990’s Laurance Rockefeller became interested in paranormal phenomena, especially with UFOs and extraterrestrial visitation.  He funded scientific investigations and organized and funded a briefing document to record the best evidence (Open Minds journalist, Antonio Huneeus was a key contributor to this document).  Rockefeller also conferred with the Clintons regarding the release of files by President Bill Clinton.

Researcher Grant Cameron, who runs the website HillaryClintonUFO.net, was able to retrieve documents through the Freedom of Information Act that showed Rockefeller was soliciting help from Hillary’s staff on drafting a document to President Bill Clinton in 1995.  The title of the document was: Lifting Secrecy on Information About Extraterrestrial Intelligence as Part of the Current Classification Review.

In August of 1995 the Clintons made a trip to Rockefeller’s JY Ranch near Jackson’s Hole, Wyoming.  Many speculate that UFOs and ETs must have been a subject of conversation during the visit.  However, there has never been any proof of this, until now.

In these famous pictures of Hillary and Rockefeller walking on a wooded path during the visit, Hilary is holding a book.  For years researchers have been trying to figure out which book she is holding, to find out if it would provide clues as to the nature of their conversation.  Finally, Tonio Cousyn (known as elevenaugust at Open Minds Forum) has figured it out.  He discovered that the book is Paul Davies’ Are We Alone? Philosophical Implications of the Discovery of Extraterrestrial Life.  The images below show how he discovered this.

Professor Paul Davies

Paul Davies is a theoretical physicist, cosmologist, astrobiologist, and award winning bestselling author.  He is currently director of the Beyond Center of Fundamental Concepts in Science and co-director of the Cosmology initiative at Arizona State University.  He even has an asteroid named after him.  He has often written about the SETI project, and the philosophical ideas behind extraterrestrial contact.  In November of 2009, he was a speaker at the Vatican’s Pontifical Academy of Sciences’ Study Week on Astrobiology event.

Although we do not know whether Hillary brought the book or if Rockefeller gave it to her, it does confirm that extraterrestrial life was part of their conversation.

CONCLUSION:

I hesitated to even put the subheading “conclusion” there, because I am FAR from concluding anything. This post barely scratches the surface. In addition to ServerGate and BenghaziGate, Killary knows full well this subject is coming up at some point. So does John Podesta, Bill Clinton’s former chief of staff, and Hillary’s presidential campaign manager. Podesta himself has openly called for greater government transparency on UFO-related matters. In his forward to UFOs: Generals, Pilots, and Government Officials Go on the Record, a 2011 book by journalist Leslie Kean, he wrote, “It’s time to find out what the truth really is that’s out there. The American people—and people around the world—want to know, and they can handle the truth.”

Furthermore, it’s not like the “Rockefeller Initiative” is Top Secret. Back in the 2008 Presidential race, the topic briefly came up on Fox News during a debate with Obama, but Obama was such a newcomer, he had no idea what it was, and the story never got traction. Trust me when I tell you that will NOT happen with this Presidential race’s 17 GOP candidates! In addition, so many of the 30 people involved in the “Rockefeller Initiative” are still working in or around Washington, so, for there to be a total housecleaning of D.C., rest assured every GOP candidate will be fully briefed on the entire subject.

Stephen Bassett is certain Obama will be the “Disclosure President.” For that reason, and that reason alone, history will forget all his wrongs. The speech will go down in history along side, “Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country.”

  What is ironic is that most self-proclaimed Christians will denounce all extraterrestrials. Of course, the Christ did not originate from Earth. To state that he does is UN-Christian and lacks any form of understanding on topic. Ergo, the Christ is an extraterrestrial. (I’m sure there are many who would reduce Him to the simple Earth man.) So, personally, I do not have a problem with extraterrestrials in general. Like the souls on Earth, some are benevolent and others are malevolent.

  Of course, there are those who like to spread around dogmas pertaining to “Falls” from Heaven, etc… Their exoteric presentations oft work through endless examples of anthropomorphisms et al. And most are not equipped to decipher apocryphal books; have no business reading them. Ironically, they indicate that they themselves would not qualify for the inner circle of the Nazarene. FYI: he spoke to them differently from the masses, as they could work with his esoteric offerings. The exoterists would have everyone believe that any/everyone who does not reside from Earth is a demon. And given the- what appears to be -endless stars and systems, they would vehemently claim that there is no other life except human beings right here, right now. Are they plugged into a system void of SPIRIT or what? Of course, God is honoured in truth and spirit. What a dilemma! They will do/say anything so that they do not “have to” approach the spirit. And this is their part on the war on spirit…shame and a sin. Remember: Satan says, “Solipsism keep me in business!”

  After Jesus had resurrected from the grave, He appeared to his disciples. In Matthew 28: 16 – 18 it is stated, “16. Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17. When they saw him, they worshipped him; but some doubted. 18. Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Etc.”

  I thoroughly believe what is stated in the Bible. It does not matter what the people or spirit beings (the “aliens”) say. Without Jesus the Christ, Yeshua, and without His allowance nothing can happen. All the blabbing about the “aliens” and their mighty feats is only nonsense. If you don’t have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, you are without his protection, you are deceived, you are on the side of the main adversary Lucifer or Satan, you are his property and you go with him into the same place that has been prepared for him and his minions. That place is the Perdition, also called the Lake of Fire. You don’t want to go there, do you? The number of noses does not decide what is the truth.

  In my childhood I was sickly and several times near the death in a high fever. I was unconscious bodily but experienced the same terrible dream every time. I was floating in fiery surges. It was a most frightening experience that I feared every time when I felt that I was becoming ill. Then I met Jesus Christ and believed in Him as honestly as a child can believe. What happened? Those distressing nightmares ceased although still later, I used to be ill now and then. Those nightmares were my experience about the Lake of Fire, but they were gone after I was saved.

  Jesus Christ really is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. Do you want to leave it to the very end to find out this? Then there will be no room for the repentance and getting yourself saved by Jesus.
