Federal Judge Accuses Obama Lawyers of Intentionally Deceiving Court (Videos)
This is like a bad dream you just cannot wake up from. As you’ll learn in the video below, this week, on as Obama Shreds America, a Federal judge ordered the Department of Injustice on Thursday to send its “intentionally deceptive” lawyers back to ethics class, accusing them of misleading the court about President Obama’s executive immigration actions.
U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen charged that the administration implemented a “calculated plan of unethical conduct” to hide the Department of Homeland Security’s immediate approval of extended work permits under Obama’s 2014 directive despite a federal court stay on the program.
“The misconduct in this case was intentional, serious and material,” Hanen wrote in the 28-page ruling. “Clearly, there seems to be a lack of knowledge about or adherence to the duties of professional responsibility in the halls of the Justice Department,” he wrote.
Texas is spearheading a legal battle with 25 other states against Obama’s executive order that would extend work permits to undocumented immigrations and prevent millions from deportation. Hanen blocked the program’s implementation in February 2015, leading to a separate court injunction on the actions. The merits of the case are currently before the Supreme Court.
Despite Hanen’s hold on Obama’s actions, the Justice Department proceeded to issue the extended three-year work permits. Soon after, the agency claimed it had made a mistake and rescinded the extensions from roughly more than 2,000 undocumented immigrations.
Hanen said any Justice Department attorney who wishes to appear in a state or federal court in the states suing the administration has to enroll in an annual three-hour ethics class. He also ordered administration officials to file a list of each immigrant who received extended work permits after he issued the injunction.

Has everyone already forgotten what we learned last week? Perhaps the video below will remind you… Team Obama admitted to lying to the American people about the Iran Nuclear Deal (when anyone with an IQ over 6 had been saying that all along), and then BRAGGED about it!
Last week, National Security advisor Ben Rhodes told the New York Times the Obama administration essentially lied to sell the Iran nuclear deal.
BRET BAIER: “We created an echo chamber… All these newspapers used to have foreign bureaus. Now they don’t. They call us to explain to them what’s happening in Moscow and Cairo. Most of the outlets are reporting on world events from Washington. The average reporter we talk to is 27 years old, and their only reporting experience consists of being around political campaigns. That’s a sea change. They literally know nothing. ‘Completing on that basically that’s how the Iran deal all came together.’”
JEFFREY GOLDBERG: For some reason, Ben Rhodes did the unthinkable in Washington, which is tell the truth about how the sausage is made.
CHARLES KRAUTHAMMER: There was lying point by point, all the way through. That’s not spin, that’s lying. And it’s not just, “I had to keep the negotiations secret,” it’s that they told the American people stuff about what was in there that wasn’t true and the 27-year-olds never looked into it. Example: ballistic missiles. We were told they’d be denied ballistic missiles for eight years. Not true. They changed the language. The security council resolution — the Iranians are allowed. The point here is they lied to get it to pass and now we know the lies were actual lies.
WH spokesman Josh Earnest couldn’t even deny that the administration lied about the deal and believe their ends justified the means.
KEVIN CORKE: Can you state categorically that no senior official in this administration has ever lied publicly about any aspect of the Iran nuclear deal?
EARNEST: No, Kevin. Kevin, I think the facts of this agreement and the benefits of this agreement make clear that the national security of the United States of America has been enhanced and Iran’s effort to acquire a nuclear weapon has been set back. In fact, Iran has now committed to not seeking to acquire a nuclear weapon and now we can verify that they are not able to acquire a nuclear weapon.
Lt. Col. Ralph Peters said this administration did a good job of pulling the wool over the eyes of the American people.
PETERS: All administrations have put their spin on things. But this is outright lying to the American people and then boasting about it. For Rhodes it was all about marketing. He’s a marketer, that’s what he’s become. And it wasn’t about the content of the deal, he just had to get, he had to sell Obama’s cherished Iran deal with the American people and he did a good job of that. And the media were complicit — many, not all, but many in the media — and they allowed Rhodes and Obama to get away with the false dichotomy that, hey, “It’s either our deal, our nuke deal or war.”

The Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Act effectively gives HUD the power to move people (refugees and Obama’s amnesty crew in particular) to any areas where more Democrat votes are needed to overpower districts that have always been Republican strongholds. They don’t need to take the whole country… just enough to guarantee a win come election time, and considering I’ve been warning about this very thing since long before they “legitimized” their plans, it’s quite possible the stage is already set for 2016 and Pelosi knows it.
