A land and water based news event with helicopters above it. Saturated, can’t hold anymore water. Hills, rugged, mountains, with farmland below. Flood plain, water rising, encroaching. Bridges and freeways disappear underwater. People fleeing. Disaster, suffering, evacuation, death, injury. Can’t hold anymore water, when water comes there’s no where for it to go. Multiple rescue helicopters, drop assistance, search, recovery effort.
Structure: curving, underground, flooded tunnel, rising, catastrophic, power out. Emergency bypass, a lot of water, not good things happening. Flood event
People: hold on for life, panic, heroism, people freaking out, people afraid for their life. Some thigh deep, some chest deep in water. Survivors, rescuers. Looking for help, needing help. Body bags of deceased people.
He names OROVILLE DAM “the emergency is not over”, but its possible it could be another target. Arches he draws looks like the spillway at the oroville dam.

Tornado, blizzard, stormy. White, wind, rain, sleet, snow. “out of control”
Area: city with buildings, trees, large body of water. Very cold area. “like day after tomorrow movie”. Very weird to be happening in this area. Not normal for this weather to be happening in this area. Subjects very dismayed. Aircraft is out of control from the storm. some smoke coming from the city. Aircraft crashes in the city? Snow blocking doors, people can’t get out of their homes. Smoke, Fire. This event is not supposed to happen in this location, people scared/terrified.
Event2:
village, town, a lot of foliage, a forest. A small town, very secluded, not a well known town, not a city. shouting, waring people. People rushing to it, or away from it. A possible fire with a lot of smoke in the forest. Many people upset with whats going on in their town. Fair skinned people, dark hair, slim people. Very visibly upset, very sad emotions. English language, but a different accent.

Event 1:
Metal ship in the water. Light skin tonned man on the ship (olive color skin/possibly asian), with a dark uniform (possibly navy or workers uniform). Slightly stalky person barking orders at another person. 3 ships (of similiar characteristics) in near vicinity of each other on the open water. A piece of visible land to near where the confrontation is taking place, sense of tension between each other, like a stand off.
My personal guess: South China sea China confrontation with US ships over the disputed artificial islands. Or US ships confrontation somewhere with Russia.
Event 2:
Vertical sandstorm with a subject? Massive expulsion of material shooting upwards (rocks, sand, dirt), near a metal structure. A deep crator or hole is created after this event into the earth. “Earth ripped up out of the ground and shot up into the sky, in a cone shape.”
My personal guess: Nuclear bomb test, maybe by North Korea.
Looks like they nailed 0% correct yet again. That takes some real skill.
