iPhone 5The iPhone 5 is going to hit the markets on 21st of September and everyone expecting that there will be long queues outside the Apple Stores on Friday. Although there is a bad news for the customers who pre-ordered the device last Friday, as iPhone 5 shipping date delayed two to three weeks because high demand and less availability of iPhone 5.

Apple sold more than 2 million items on the first day of pre-order that is quite amazing, but unfortunately Apple unable to keep the pace and as a result shipping date slipped. Among the partners of the Apple, Sprint is the only mobile carrier service provider that is still offering the launch day availability for the iPhone 5 while other two providers AT&T and Verizon’s shipping dates will be somewhere in October.

The iPhone 5 pre-orders success helped the Apple to show good results in the stock market as they crossed $700 milestone for the very first time in the history. However, despite this much success delays in the iPhone 5 shipping dates make the customers unhappy.

The iPhone 5 is one of the long awaited devices as the customers are waiting for it since last year, but Apple released the iPhone 4S in the October 2011 instead of iPhone 5.
