Apple Releases New iOS, Replaces Google Maps
Millions of Apple users may face issues with their Wi-Fi connection with Google maps as Apple iOS 6 has replaced it with its own Map app. Google maps were being used in iPhone since 2007. Some reviews and early feedback on this new software indicate that the new software is attractive but since it’s in its early stage it is found to be affected with holes and glitches.
For example the new software do not pose any information on public transportation. And searching an in town destination by it could pull out a completely different city.
The previous software was basically made by Apple but powered by Google and the updated one is powered by Apple itself.
The new Maps app is integrated with features that was not present in Google map, like 3-D models of the buildings would be seen in the major cities and spoken turn-by turn direction is fascinated with this new app. And also the Apple’s map is faster and mre attractive than the Google maps.
