PrecisionMatch, a company that offers audience data for online display advertising has tied-up with Effective Measure, provider of media planning and audience profiling solutions.
Having bases in India, SEA and MEA PrecisionMatch has the ability to offer reliable information about “Intended Audiences” from varied regions. With this new synergy, the company will gain the ability to offer “Effectiveness Metrics”, stated a statement from PrecisionMatch,
“PrecisionMatch and Effective Measure’s partnership is geared to push the campaign measurement metrics beyond impressions and Click-Through Rates (CTRs). The new measurement metrics will allow advertisers to study the effectiveness of their campaigns in terms of Digital Gross Rating Points, percentage ad reach to the right target audience, audience familiarity with the brand and competitive health of their brand.”
What the statement clarifies is that mere CTR or number of impressions clocked, are no longer satisfactory to judge the effectiveness of an online/digital ad campaign. Advertisers and digital brand managers need to have a lot more insight-based statistics. The performance measures include campaign impact and campaign measurement solutions including the brand uplift study which measures the success of a campaign in terms online of ad recall, brand familiarity, brand recommendation, favorable consideration and competitive brand health.
Using effective measure’s expertise, PrecisionMatch will now be able to offer, “A single-stop-shop for brand advertisers looking at driving relevant audiences along with engagement. PrecisionMatch’s current market strategy is geared towards building a single platform for all digital advertising needs” continued the statement.
It is surely an interesting development to note that PrecisionMatch has willingly stepped up its ability to offer holistic measurement parameters that will not only offer a wealth of abstract yet measurable information, but using the same, PrecisionMatch should be able to have a strong command over the digital advertising market.
