Witness Statement: I was in my back garden taking a picture of a low flying plane and it was a very nice clear day. I suddenly noticed around 13 seemingly spherical objects much higher up than the plane. My initial thought was balloons however, some would pair up and fly off in different directions. The strange thing was there was no wind at all that day. Plus the way they’d pair up was very unnatural. They weren’t travelling as an unmanned/floating object would.
