A New Look for the Constitutional Alliance Website

It is my pleasure to introduce the “new look” of the Constitutional Alliance with the implementation of our new web site.

The Constitutional Alliance web site has been the internet face for an alliance which began with 21 founding groups and members.  The Constitutional Alliance is a privately funded nonpartisan non-profit organization whose stated mission is “preserve state and national sovereignty, and the unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as pronounced in the Declaration of Independence and protected under the Bill of Rights of the United States of America”.  The alliance grew and became a primary force in education of legislators, governors, pastors, groups, and individuals. 

As we grew we observed that our web site is being accessed globally.  We soon learned that the world is watching.  Governments, the military complex and people from across the globe access our site and seem to have a passion for staying abreast of the issues we deal with.  We added a translation tool so that they could, if they so chose, read our material in their native languages.  Our reach steadily grew.  Other web sites linked to our materials.  Some sites streamed our RSS feed on their sites.  Still others were using RSS readers to grab our material and read it offline at their convenience.  There was a steady increase in the number of phone and tablet browsers coming to our web site.

It was an absolute blast and pleasure to develop our new look and feel, which better serves our clients, into the Constitutional Alliance web site.

With the prevalent use of new technologies and the need for instantaneous communication we have made it a primary initiative of our new web site to:

• support new technologies (smart phone, tablet | smaller screens),
• interactive access (swipes, touch screen),
• crisp clean readable view on all technologies (larger default text, rescalable views),
• scalable, fast, efficient, and solid web design,
• familiar intuitive navigation (“modern social site look-and-feel”), and
• stronger privacy and security (https, site architecture, site fire walls, bad behaviour blockers)

In the end, we intend to deliver continued quality education to an interested global audience in a leading-edge state-of-the-art fashion so that everyone who needs to keep apprised is afforded that opportunity with a web site capable of meeting their needs.
