Date of Incident: July 1, 2015
Officer Involved: Pedrum Gharah, Fullerton Police Department

Fullerton Police PatchThis officer pulled my sister from a club in down Fullerton and demanded her identification and phone number. He called her many times for two weeks trying to get her to go out with him. After I finally told him I was going to report him, he and his unit then raided our home. He said he was acting on a tip from a drug informant. He took my elderly father’s guns and $2700.00 dollars. He even took his army uniform. We are now moving out of state. Our complaint to Chief Dan Hughes was never responded to. We are good people and have lived in Fullerton for thirty years. I have searched and found that this officer has been doing this to girls for a long time. And he is married with children. He should have been fired long ago.
